Needed plumber ASAP called around 3 different plumbers Tom was the only plumber who would come out to offer a free no obligation quote within the same day, while waiting he advise me to try a few problems solving technique to save time when he arrived, he quoted a fee plus an hourly rate that I accepted, Tom fix the problem quicker than first estimated and adjusted his fee to match, from my experience I would recommend Tom - Cherrybrook plumbing.read more

We have been using Cherrybrook Plumbing now for nearly 15 years.In our old place where we first met Tom to our new place here in Cherrybrook - whenever we hit plumbing issues, we call Tom. He really knows and understands plumbing. He is professional and treats every job he does as if it’s his own issue.There are a lot of plumbing cowboys out there. I have encountered them. I’ve been laughed at, sworn at and hung up on by local plumbers and the call that led us to Tom in the first place, was because we had an emergency and I had a small baby and the plumber I called was on his way to the pub (his words) and I’d have to wait without water until Monday. If I was lucky (again his words).We haven’t looked back with Tom (and Gary) and we can’t recommend them highly enough. If you want the job done right the first time. I needed a simple job at my place - to remove my old vanity and to install plugs on the water pipes. I founded this plumber Tom online, called him, we discussed the job and the price. He agreed to come next day. Next day he called me and said he wouldn't come. I told him that that was unacceptable, because I took a day off from work to be at home. He said he was busy and hung up on me. After about 5 minutes he called back and said he reconsidered and he would do the job. When he came to my place and looked at the vanity he said he wanted more money, otherwise he would leave. I was very frustrated, but had to agree because I could not afford to loose another day. Very disappointing, the worst experience ever. Needless to say, I would never ever deal with this plumber again. Neither would I recommend him to anyone.read more

In my experience, I have found Cherrybrook Plumbing to be a reliable company in relation to the quality of the work carried out, advice and timeliness. In addition, Tom?s pleasant nature and his wide knowledge have greatly helped in resolving some complex problems inherent in some jobs.I have been a customer of Cherrybrook Plumbing (and associated companies) for over ten years and highly recommend them. However, like most plumbers they are not cheap but the attributes provided by Cherrybrook Plumbing are probably worth the cost.read more
